Session structure
Lesson plan
- First chat
- Choose the term, anatomy question, screening discussion, symptom vocabulary, or claim you want to understand. Farid will ask how much detail feels comfortable and mark the boundary between general education and personal assessment.
- Regular rhythm
- Define the anatomy and terminology, compare reliable evidence with common claims, explain screening or care tradeoffs, prepare concise questions, and identify when prompt qualified attention is needed.
- Homework style
- A private terminology set, a question sheet, a source comparison, a non-diagnostic observation summary, or a plain-language explanation to discuss with a partner or care professional.
- Best fit
- Learners who want calm, adult, shame-free explanations of sensitive men's health topics without explicit content, miracle products, or unsupported treatment advice.
